I have a thoery..

If let's say a laptop costs $2000 .. and it says as low as $20/month .. then does that mean you need to apply through a credit card and pay each month .. but get the laptop before you pay? Idk.

You don't need to pay in full before you actually receive your laptop?

It essentially means this...You can apply through Company X for financing (like an auto loan). If your credit score is high enough, they will give you the laptop while you make monthly payments of $X/mo. until it is paid off (most likely with interest).
