Question What does it mean on my list of downloads, it reads "using 9.49g of 9.14g" Not sure what other info to give or how to ask more precisely. Any feedback

Where exactly are you seeing that? It wouldn't be in the list of files downloaded. Perhaps data usage. If you can take a screen shot and post it that would help.
While on the screen you want to take the image of just press the power button and volume down at the same time. You should hear it take a picture. You can then find it in your gallery and upload it to one of the free places like say imgur.com and add it to this thread so we can see what screen you are referring to.
