Funny- you posted essentially the same question back in April,

At least this time the iPaq in the website's picture doesn't have your

No, actually it does still have his name on it. Didn't look too closely at
it the first time, or the fact that it has his email address on the page.

So he doesn't know what his product does. I hope he gets the sales that seem
to be deserved based on that.
