What game can I play on my PC

I recently bought a laptop based on the following description;
Hp Notebook 14-af116la AMD A8-7410 @2.2GHz 8GB DDR3 RAM 500GB HDD AMD Radeon R5 GPU Dedicated GRAPHICS.I have exploited all avenues trying to find out what graphic series my pc has but in vain.Kindly advise me on which games can play on my PC and also how to know the graphic series my PC has.

As for current gen games, not many. However this rig should be more than powerfull enough to play pretty much any retro emulator. So if you want to play some fun retro games give that a shot.
