The P8600 is about same speed as the E6600 requirement for CSGO. If you have 2GB's of RAM and a video card with 512MB's then CSGO is an option. You wil need to play at 720p or lower. Diablo 3 for sure as it only requires a Pentium D 2.8 GHz, 1GB RAM, and 7800 GT. I cant fined anything much after 2013ish.

You can play gta sandreas if your cpu can in bare case support it and games like need for speed underground2, counter strike condition zero and hitman 2 only .
I suggest u to upgrade your cpu to pentium ģ4560 if you have a small budget if not then u can go to higher "i" series on intel .
And a 2gb graphics card or if u want then more than that .
