Greetings!

It appears you have a Dell Optiplex 960, which came in 3 different form factors. Depending on which one you have will determine the type of GPU you can install. Here is a link to an article from this forum that should get you pointed in the right direction:

Basically, your options are limited due to the inverted nature of the motherboard layout which restricts you to a single slot card due to the fact that the heat sinks will be pointing up and there are components on the motherboard limiting clearance. If you have a SFF of Desktop version (as opposed to the larger SMT or MT model), then you are even more limited with the need for an SFF GPU for a full width pcb GPU is too wide. Cards like the GT 710 or HD 7750 are small enough, so maybe take a look at those and see if they will wok for your system.

Hope this helps!

Generally a GTX750 is recommended due to not needing a new PSU. Typically a single slot low profile is used even in the MT case. The full height cards are mostly 2 slot wide, but can be made to fit by cutting the bracket in 1/2, and trimming the cover so air can turn left and go out the rear vent. Easier just to get the low profile and use the tall bracket.
