Unlike other errors that people experience when trying to download Facebook or any other app from Google Play Store, this one is not that common. In reality, the error code 19 happens when you have insufficient storage space (either internal memory or on SD card, depending on where your apps are being installed). This also means it’s not strictly linked to Facebook but the app is hugely popular, so it might be associated more often than not.
That being said, you can do a few things to clear your storage apart from uninstalling some apps. As this is an unusual error, the “fixes” are basically deleting or moving your apps from internal to external storage. In any case, here’s what you can do to fix this error.
■ Seeing as there isn’t a specific app you need to move/remove, the images will be just some random examples. Anyway, tap on the Settings menu on your mobile phone.
■ Tap on Apps, Application manager or Installed Apps - depending on your phone these might be named differently.
■ Tap on the app you want to uninstall or move to different storage.
■ You can tap on Uninstall to remove the app from your phone.
■ You can also move it to SD card if your internal storage is full (or vice versa).
■ To save yourself from future trouble, you can make your SD card the default location for installing apps. In the Settings menu, tap on Storage.
■ Tap on Storage settings or Default location.
■ Now just External storage or SD card. If you have different sections (like Camera, Gallery, etc.), you’ll need to tap on all of them and choose External storage.
■ There you have it. The error 19 is the cause of insufficient storage and these steps will fix that, but if you’re still experiencing this same error, try contacting technical support and maybe they can help you.
