My granddaughter step on her computer and cracked the screen since replacing it comes up with the above failure ID. It will not boot beyond the windows logo.

That would appear to he an HP error code, not something Windows generates. I suggest contacting HP for assistamce. Is the system still under warranty?

No its out of Warranty.

Note the Contact Support tab, contact them in whatever fashion your are comfortable with. I suspect damaged hardware from the drop.

By the way, do you know what version of Windows is running in the device?
