I have been looking for a good way to store passwords as I have just been using a password protected word file to store my passwords right now and I want something safer. I just want a good, safe way to store my passwords (a password manager of some sort) but I don't want one that syncs to the cloud, just a local password manager. Thanks.

(Also are password managers safe to use)

I use LoginBox. I found it to be the best auto login around and it also lets you save secure notes, where you can keep any non-login passwords and info.
IMO, it's better then any of the competitors because it actually goes through the login pages and supports complex logins, with security questions and such.

I worked for a company that stored all of the corporate accounts using Password Safe. It's FOSS, so it should be safe to use.

Thanks! This app is perfect for me.
