What is intel graphics media accelerator driver for mobile Is it safe to disable

Hello,
Is safe to disable it as I do not use a mobile for internet purposes.

I'm pretty sure that is your video display driver and if you disabled it... at the very least you'd lose the ability to display video output in your native resolution... and at the worst you would have no video at all. You're free to experiment with that, but think it would be best if you left that one alone.
