What is the best laptop for computing under 350 bucks?

Hi, I am a student planning to buy a new laptop that costs around $350. I could go up to 4 grand but I would love to stick to my budget. Can you guys suggest any laptop which is reliable, durable, and can handle tons of editing especially in MS Excel, MS Word, and some Photoshop? I too would love it if it could handle 1080p movies without any lags. 500gb storage is more than enough for me. I prefer brands like Asus, Dell, and Hp (cause my sister's Hp laptop works great for computing) but would definitely consider other suggestions from you guys. Help me out please!

Oh, and I prefer 14" - 15.6" too!
