I'm looking to only spend about $400 on a netbook mainly for surfing the web and watching movies. I'll most likely add more rams to the stock and change the HD to SSD. I was looking at the Acer Aspire One AO522 due to it's Graphics card. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks

I like the ASUS Eee cloudy suggested. Also, the AO522 has decent graphics especially for the price.

I'd give the Dell Vostro V13 a look also. It's in the price range, the graphics are not as good as the AO522 with Integrated Intel® 4500MHD Graphics Media Accelerator. It's a 13 in screen, 4 GB and 500GB storage, and not bad with 1.3 GHz Intel® Core™ 2 Duo (SU7300) proc.

Good luck.
