What is the best projector for home theater under 900

As the title states I am looking for a projector for a home theater. I currently have a 55 in UHD tv, but I am wanting something bigger.I’ve done quite a bit of research trying to figure out which one would be best. My budget is 900 bucks for the projector. I have already purchased the screen and it’s a 120 in. fixed screen. The room is 15x20 I will have to fish the electrical and hdmi lines. So the projector can sit anywhere from a foot to 14.5ft away from the screen. The room is in a basement that has 1 window but is currently covered in blinds and sits underneath a deck. I can control the light in the room rather well. The projector will be used for some tv, mild gaming, but mostly movies.. thank you in advance.
