What is the best type of porn filter? How do they work?

Yeah I blocked some on the router (supplied by my IP). I set it to block all adult contents, but now I see hes been using tunnel proxies...hmmmm...Yes, I need a keyword blocker of some sort ....Not sure what's good. I searched google and found the internet filter for Mac is popular. Have you heard of it? Thank you for the detailed answer.

Tunnel proxies oe anonymisers are a pain. Our filter at http://www.wisechoice.net blocks the anonymisers and is designed to block adults from pron. It also provides accountability reporting so that a partnerwill be alerted if the user is attempting to break into blocked areas.

Still, I think you are over-reacting. I could start a long debate about how porn is not the devilish cesspool of mentally damaging, perverse material that conservative people make it out to be, but I think that would be irrelevant to OP's question, as it is not providing an answer to her query...it's just that the moment I hear terms like "keyboard blocker" come up, I get deja vus to George Orwell's 1984 Thought Police.

I agree with Sir Arun. Putting these kind of filters just makes kids waste their time trying to bypass them. But if the parents really must then I guess it's up to them.
