What is the best Windows for Atom processor?

Hello,
I have an Accer eee PC with Atom processor and 1 GB of RAM. What is the best windows for it? I want it to be fast and not to lag much. I tried Windows 8.1 pro but it was slow.

Windows 10. its new and its probably the best one for a Atom Processor since its so light!

Windows 10 but that 1 GB of ram is dragging the performance down.

As if now the newest build 10240 is out and thats gonna be the final one. However Windows 10 is being released on the 29th of this month so if you wanna wait, its not that far. GOod Luck!

which model of that acer netbook do you have to see what atom you have & see if the ram can be upgraded?

You sure it's not an ASUS eee pc? You should throw a 2GB stick of RAM in it.
