What is the difference between Roku ultra model 4620r and model 4640r?

What I'm looking for is the answer to the question: What is the difference between roku ultra model 4620r (sometimes advertised as the 2016 model) and roku ultra model 4640r?

The difference in price is significant, but I can't tell what the operational, or component difference is in order to make a decision on whether it is worthwhile to pay extra for the 4640. If anybody knows the answer, I'd be most grateful to have a response.

The 4640R has the following:

Point-anywhere Wi-Fi remote control
Premium in-ear headphones
USB cable

And it has an Ethernet 10/100Port.

IR remote control (lower end remote)

No Ethernet
