What kind of picture would I get hooking a laptop to a tv?

I'm planning on getting an MSI laptop and I'm wondering what type of picture I would get when connecting it to a 42" HDTV and a 65" 4K TV. It will have a GTX 1060 3gb GPU in it and a i7-7700HQ. Thanks for any help and let me know if you need more info, I'm kind of a noob!

Not sure what you mean by what kind/type of picture

I mean will there be some sort of distortion in the image, mainly because of the size, or any other possible reason? Will the image on the tv be as crisp as it would be on a 23" monitor?

If the laptop support the native resolution of those 2 TV, will would work fine
