what laptop can I get to play ONLY sims 4 with CC, Mods and expansion packs?

I was wondering what laptop I need to play The Sims 4 with maybe one mod like wickedwhims and a couple expansion packs and a lot of CC, I've been looking at the Acer 15 , or the Asus M580VD- EB54 , or the Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK which one would be better to play on with no lagging, and on medium to hight settings? Thank you

I saw requirment of the game and dell just covers preffered requirments of the game, the other 2 just covers minimum reqirment. And at all dell is always better choise <3

I was thinking about getting the Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK but is it enough to have Wicked whims and some CC ? will it run fine ? I know nothing about this please help 🙁
