what laptop for my sister for christmas

ok so i need to get a laptop for my sister.
my price range is under $400.
shes not a gamer(well she plays face book games but those don't use much cpu or graphics power)
she mainly needs it for college work
but she will also be streaming hulu and Netflix so a tiny cpu power and ram is nice
she also needs a webcam built in
and she would want a dvd drive.
other then that ther is not much required.

here are 3 options i have found that look good to me
witch one would you recommend.
if you know a better option plese post it this is just what i could find that looked good.

Get the HP 350 G1, it is by far the best of the three laptops. The core i3-4005u is the most powerful CPU of the bunch and the same can be said of the Intel HD 4400 graphic core.
