Budget?
1250$ (Could probably stretch it 100$ if I need to)

Screen size?:
Any. Prefer bigger, but if I could get a smaller screen and better internals, I'd do that.

Resolution?
1920x1080

Ram?
8 GB

Processor?
i5 4th gen or i7 4th gen.

Graphics?
A Nvidia card, 750m or over.

Battery life?
Any thing over a hour and a half is good.

OS?
Windows 8.

Use?
Gaming, school work, and engineering design.

Hard drive?
A 256 GB SSD, as I don't need any more space then that, but I'd enjoy the speed. (And if any of you have used solid works, it takes ages to startup.)

Programs I use frequently: Mine craft, GTA 4, Micro Station, Skype and Google Chrome.
I own other games such as COD Black Ops 2 and Battlefield 3, But I cannot run them currently.
I plan on buying Battlefield 4 and GTA 5 (When it's out) once I get my laptop.
It will need to be durable, I will need it for at least 5 years.
I have a deadline of 9/30/14 (The time I need it in my hands)
Also, I can get a small discount from Dell, so if I can get one from them it would be good.

Solution
Hi,

I configured a laptop with the specifications you wanted (it includes the 250GB SSD and an 860GTX 2GB, 17.3" screen) - $1,329, free shipping :)

I recommend playing around with the SSD option because the prices fluctuate based on the brand. I chose the Samsung SSD based on quality and the positive reviews.

You can also customize it any way you want, let me know if you have any questions!

EDIT - Use this code (NST5) for orders over $1,299 to get 5% off. So, it should come out to $1,266.55.

It's perfect, all besides the touch screen. I find that touch screens are more likely to break than a regular screen.
Is there the same laptop without the touch?
