i want to have an new phone,im tied between sumsung note 2 and iphone 5,what do you prefer

Note 2, because it has more features and the amazing s-pen. BTW the S4 was already annouced and will probably be available in april. If you dont mind losing the s-pen and bigger screen for more impressive hardware and more features then the S4 is the clear choice.

Big screen, Android, S-pen, removable battery and SD card, quad core processor etc.
