Solved! What refreshrate can I have on an external monitor?

I was wondering how much refreshrate i can have on an external monitor? It looks like i only have HDMI and two USB-C ports (Not thunderbolt). Can I then only have 60 Hz External monitor? The laptop monitor is 144Hz.
