Only info I have is the serial number... I lost the remote during a move, and am trying to set up my ROKU on a new network... unable to do so without the remote...HELP!

It's an older model streaming stick, not pictured on the link you provided... I have a Harmony 350 universal remote, but need model number to set it up...

Can you get to the info screen depicted in the last link? Looks like model number is part of info provided.

Nope...without the remote, can't do anything... it's purple, has HDMI output... if I could get the thing to connect to my network, I have the ROKU remote app... but until I can connect it to my network, I'm screwed... I need to know which model it is, so I can order another remote... I have a Roku LT with remote, but, of course, that remote doesn't have the reset/pair button under the battery cover...
