What SteelSeries headset should I get?

Should I spend $200 on the Siberia Elite Prism or wait and for the $140 Siberia V3 Prism(11/05/14). What the difference if you know? I getting Steelseries because I heard they where durable/long lasting. I have a turtle beach px3 and the left earmuff is now dangling.
Or Astro A40. I only have a on board sound card, so I will be using the usb.

PS should i get the apex gaming keyboard for christmas?

Defiantly recommending the SteelSeries Siberia v2... That´s the way to go, if you ask me Good luck finding one!

There is a big difference between the Elite Pris and the V3 Prism. The Elite Prism uses the 3.5 mm jack(s) and comes with a USB adapter, and the V3 Prism is just a USB. Meaning the Elite Prism can be used on more devices than the V3 Prism.
