WHAT TO DO IF ANDROID MOBILE IS NOT SWITCHING ON after resetting os

my phone is samsung s2 duos gt-s7582.i tried to replace os but it does not work.i installed pre-rooted os again.it installed but when i switch on mobile it doesnot on.
please tell me what to do

You must change that ROM with another.
1) wipe your phone
2) install a clear copy of OS and run again -> http/forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?s=fe1dc6f3252201924d58973cef57779d&t=2594957
remember that you may lose your dual sim option.
