What Video card would you recommend?

I want to update my video card, but I can`t figure out what video card would be my best choice. I would like to boost the gaming performance a bit.
I apreciate any help and this is my specs:

I am not sure, I probably don`t need top notch, I just need a card for performing e.g Splinter Cell Blacklist.

I am not sure about the prices, but max 300 euro?

Because it's mostly soldered on the mainboard on laptops, and its a cramped space you'll get heat issues, power issues etc.
