What will run on Acer Aspire E1-410g?

Hello everyone I found an Acer Aspire E1-410g on the market that suit my budget and I want to run what things should run in the notebook.
Here the spec:
CPU: Intel Pentium N3520
GPU: Nvidia 820m
Ram: 4gb Ramm

I Have a big tower in my house but sometimes I travel or I need to go to the university for work (i'm studing engineering) and I would like to run some games like skyrim (not especting ultra high resolutins) and somes software like Creo parametric and Autocad. So is this notebook for casual user of game or softwares?

For Cad and it should be just about the bare minimum. I don't know any of the software myself but I would suggest to look at the system requirements. For games you should be able to play games at very low resolution.
