When i insert a BD, it wont play on my laptop with windows vista.

Having trouble playing BD on my laptop. (sony Vaio VGN-FW21L) I,m win vista . I,ve checked the The Region It,s not the problem, any ideas.Mike London

Did you install Blu-Ray player software? Windows (neither Vista nor 7) will play Blu-Ray discs natively. You need something like Power DVD or ArcSoft's Total Media.

does the laptop have a blueray disk player or is it only a dvd disk player?

if its only a dvd player then theres your problem.
