when I power on my 16channel behringer mixer, it stays on for about 3 minutes then trips of for the same period and later come

Yes as above probably overheating,most probably a power supply problem,could be worth a look inside at the power supply to see if you can identify any components that are discoloured with heat with particular attention to the transformer and capacitors.
