Solved! When I tried searching "wifi", it will show "we couldn't find wireless device on this pc". what would I do?

I cannot even turn on the flight mode. My sister told me that last night our asus laptop shut down automatically then she turned it on after and she just cannot use our wifi because the wireless device has gone.

Have you looked in Device manager?
If its win 10, right click start button and choose device manager from list
look under network adapters

what model laptop is it?
