Solved! When I tried to enable my mousepad I.hit F5 then the function key but the arrow shows on screen but still does not move

When a plane flys over my house it disables the mousepad and when I try to enable it again by hitting f5 then the special function the arrow shows up on the screen but it stuck .

Try holding down the Fn key while pressing F5.
