when i try to start m phone up i doesnt

the phone automatically ons but it doesnt on completely as soon as the welcome screen turns up the the phone automatically restarts

It is in a boot loop. Let the battery drain and leave it dead for 24 hours, then try to turn it back on.

Did you try to Flash, root, or do anything similar to the phone? If so, you have to flash a stock image back on. Depending on the phone, you have to use ADB or Odin..
