It you are certain the tablet is turning on, then your display is the problem. If it is under warranty, then I would contact the manufacturer about a repair or a replacement.

If it isn't under warranty anymore, and you feel comfortable doing the work yourself, then I would suggest searching online for videos on changing out the display. If you don't want to do it yourself, then you would need to find a local tech to do the work.
