When I upload a video to YouTube, the quality gets really bad.

1. I record my video with Fraps and if you don't know Fraps, it records the video with highest possible quality and puts out really huge file when it's done. Because the length of my videos are each 15-18 seconds, it end up being within 1GB and that is fine with me as long as I get the highest quality from the recording.
2. Then I use Sony Vegas 13 Pro to render my video.
My project: http://i.imgur.com/8HxV8mz.png and I also disable the re-sample.

I have tried 3 different options for rendering.
A. http://i.imgur.com/7GfTizE.png - MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4;*avc)
The video after rendering doesn't look good enough. During my actions where I move my camera around, the video gets blurry.
B. http://imgur.com/a/x3OX6 - Video for Windows (*.avi)
I installed H264 and set the bitrate to 30k first, the quality was good enough after rendering but when I upload it to YouTube, it got really bad.
Then I set the bitrate to 60k, rendered video got even cleaner one out but there was no difference.
So I set it to 130K now and video's quality is so beautiful but there wasn't difference on YouTube again.
C. Windows Media Video V11 (*wmv)
Rendered video lost it's sharp colors and looked like dead video.

I found that after rendering .avi puts out the best quality but it's just not making any difference on YouTube.

http://imgur.com/a/yhkzV Here is comparing them. The picture on top is after rendering, screenshot brought down the quality little bit. The bottom one is from YouTube.
Help me out please.

Same issues here. Your best bet is to upsample to UHD (3840x2160) . Youtube will limit the bit rate of a 1080 to about 7k. This will make your video look really bad. Moving to UHD, your bit rate will see a bump to 25k. The quality difference will be massive even if the video was not actually captured in UHD. Also, make sure to use static bit rate and mp4 file extension.

Just for clarifying when you say upsample to 3840x2160, is it the rendering settings that I'm setting it to UHD or the Video Properties? Also, there is Constant Bit Rate and Variable Bit Rate. Which one did you mean by "static bit rate"?
Just so I don't have to ask you every step, I rendered it at UHD on 25k / 60k as well and didn't get much difference on YouTube, so I figured, maybe I'm supposed to change the properties of the video to UHD and render at UHD as well. Still didn't get difference. I don't expect my video on YouTube to be as same quality as the one that's rendered, but I still want it to be watchable during the main parts.

Yeah, render it in UHD with constant bit rate. It will help. It close enough to the point it doesn't bother me. UHD video should look much better in youtube. You aren't noticing a difference?

I see, YEP!! Much much better. You are the man!
Also, when doing .mp4 the video looks darker than .avi, oh well. I am pretty sure I can figure that out on my own. Thank you very much!
