I have dell vostro 2520 .when I star games like GTA. Windows show that insufficient video memory. So please tell what I can do

Well you are on a 3rd Gen i3/i5 processor. Most likely you do not have a discrete video card. So games like GTA V will not work. you need to have some sort of discrete graphic card to handle the graphics of many games, especially new ones.

Use a different PC/laptop. This is a four or five-year-old budget productivity laptop not intended for gaming .

Agree with everyone above, the only thing you can do to improve the quality of your gameplay is to get a new system.
