When is Adobe Creative Suite 5 coming out?

When is Adobe Creative Suite 5 coming out? I was thinking about getting cs4 for Christmas and heard that cs5 might be coming out soon, sometime in April. If so is this worth the wait or will it most likely just be some minor changes?
