Question when starting pc mouse lags in game ?!?!

when i start my pc mouse is good but when i start to play a game its freezing but stops in 5-30min then is everything smooth any suggestions?!?!

There are probably all sorts of startup processes running, but they shouldn't be taking that long. As a starting point, open task manager, more details and then sort on CPU and see what's happening.

Its all low like 12% dekstop is not lagging but ingame the mouse gets crazy freezing,stuttering etc... cant use it smoothly.

Im on LAN V-sync always off beacuse i dont like it^^ not even g-sync using it wierd dont know what to do
