When you try booting the laptop it reads on the screen "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt" what do I do to get it done. I do not have a Disk insert on my acer aspire

Either you can boot into safe mode and try to run Windows repair, which sometimes works but often does not. Worth a try though.

Or you can do a clean install of Windows 10 if that is the version you are running by creating installation media on another machine onto a USB flash drive and installing from that.
