Where can I buy the HDD Cable for Acer ES1-132?

I can't find the cable anywhere, not even on the Acer store. Can someone please provide me with a link or a location.

Are you sure you mean 'HDD cable'? The reason I ask is that as far as I know this Acer model uses a 32GB eMMC flash drive which is soldered on to the mainboard. This could explain your difficulty in finding such a cable.

What is the problem with the Acer?

Looking for the same lead. I have the Aspire ES1-132-C4K5 with the same paltry 32GB storage and THAT is the issue. Not enough space to update Win 10! There is a space underneath to install a 2.5" HDD or SSD but unfortunately it's not a standard SATA connection but some Acer specific cable needed.

... but I'm not paying £40+ for a lead that's actually worth about £5 tops, this is a rip-off!

Thanks Acer for making a laptop with no room to update OS then ripping us off for the parts needed.

(I've tried using SD/USB drive BTW...ALWAYS fails to update)
