Where can i complain about software

I got a new computer about 5 years ago and bought Bug Doctor a registry cleaner as one of my first software and since the computer was new I bought the lifetime membership and every year they upgrade the software my key becomes no good and it takes forever to get a new one they were quick to take mt money this time they have ignored my request for over a week have tried e-mailing customer support every thing. As a customer this is not how it should be. Lena

Looks like @ http/www.maxfaq.com/, but u can use a free and better one than they are trying to sell.

Use this CCleaner, as it is one of few best out there and it is free.

I don't like any registry cleaners, or any automated system tweak utilities. Better to just re-install Windows if you have issues. Much of the time those utilities do nothing or make things worse. There are quite a few posts on here about issues that happened after someone ran a registry cleaner that removed a bunch of needed entries.

I've never had an issue with ccleaner. On the other hand, I have seen it resolve some pop up errors, and drastically increase performance. I actually use it here at work, on almost every single PC I touch.

Thanks for your responses feels good to say something to someone. I found a site that has freeware on it for all your software needs.
