I'm trying to sell my laptop, this isn't advertising it, but where can I sell it? I tried one of those sites where you type in your brand and they send the money instantly but it gave a lot less than what I was asking for. So basically, does anyone know a reliable forums or selling website? It's on Ebay now, but it isn't getting many views at all, so that's why I'm asking.

Laptop is an Asus K52N if that matters at all?

I have it on Ebay now yes. It's set at $330 or best offer, which I thought was a good price since the cheapest one on EBay is $400. Go on ebay and search "Asus K52N", Mine is the one with orangeish low quality pictures set at $330 hah :na:

Hi :)

How much did you pay ? around $500 ??

Usually you half the price if its second hand with no warranty....

But good luck on the $330 :)

All the best Brett :)

The total was about $750 when I got it, including tax. According to the receipt anyways.

Some bidders avoid sellers with zero feedback. Additionally just because someone else is listing a similar Asus K52N for $400+ doesn't mean it will sell.

You may want to re-list your laptop with a starting price of $100 and put a reserve on it which means that if the auction price does not go above a price, then you are not obligated to sell at the highest bid.

There may be an additional fee to set a reserve so see eBay's guidelines.

Okay. It stinks people won't buy it due to my feedback but it makes sense that they wouldn't I suppose.

I revised the price to $300 since the sale ends in 3 hours. But if it doesn't(and it probably won't) sell, I will revise it like you said and put the starting price at 100. I'm not 100% of what Ebay takes, but I know that they take 11% of the sales if you put it on auction. So if I sell it for $300, then it goes down to $277 right off the bat. So that stinks but oh well. Anyways, thanks for the suggestion and like I said, I'll do that if I don't sell it for $300 in the next 3 hours. Thanks!

I would recommend www.quicklaptopcash.com I have used them twice now both times with amazing results. I sold my son and daughters laptop there when I was looking to upgrade them. The payment was fairly quick and the whole process was pretty straight forward. I tell everyone I know to sell laptop with them.

Well it appears to be specifically for US residents only. Not good if you're an international resident.

Same deal here too: it appears to be specifically for US residents only. Not good if you're an international resident.
