Where is my core unlocker?

I have the Asus M5A78L - M LX motherboard, it says that there is a core unlocker capability with it but I'm not sure where it is. It's not on the driver.. Is it on the motherboard? And if it is, do I have to turn it on that way or something. (My computer knowledge is pretty low... Sorry about that)

The AMD FX-8120 has no locked cores to unlock.
