Where is my sound??

Hello,
I have a sound on the Mother board but nothing coming out thru the speakers

check the bios to see if the sound card is disabled. Or is it a expansion pci sound card?If the sound card is not disabled in the bios, then it has went bad. If it is an expansion pci sound card then something is wrong. Are the drivers installed? Is this a new PC?
