Where to promote a game dedicated site ??

Hello there !
I've started with my friends a site dedicated to videogames - screenshots, videos and gifs mostly of game glitches and bugs. Since now we have some budget, that we want to spend on promotion. We alredy tried doing it via facebook and google, but the result are weak and the price is high. Maybe anyone here knows a decent way or a place to promote ??
