Which android tv device?

my brother was looking for a android tv setup box.one that can play youtube,web browser and netflix.has to have composite.fast processor would be nice

These features are pre-installed on your TV. I am not certain if Cable companies provide you with such an equipment.

You can check on Motorola, Scientific Atlanta and Pace boxes though.
