Which av to use for my cinema speakers

Hi I have jamo s606 front speakers and can't decide which av to use, I have two.
An onkyo tx-sr608 and a Harman kardon avr 255.
The Avr255 has only 50w per channel and the onkyo around 100w. Please help a newbie.

So the HK AVR255 would be what I'd go for between those two but I'd look for a more higher wattage AV unit since the speakers you own are known to be power hungry.

Jamo s606 can go really loud a.k.a. can support/accept quite a big power. If I remember it correctly Jamo s606 should be able to drive up to 130W.
To achieve such loudness, you need the appropriate amplifier/av-receiver.

Yes, I would prefer the Onkyo one, because it has the more powerful amplifier.

If your room is small, I would watch out with the volume...do not break your ears! 😀
