Which build is better for the budget?

Hello,
I am considering a midrange to cheap gaming build.
Which of the following is better for the cost?

Intel core i3 6100: 9245
Gigabyte H110MS-2 DDR4 LGA1151 MotherBoard :5800
Kingston Technology HyperX FURY Black 8 GB 2133 MHz : 2788
Asus GTX 960 OC Black Edition: 16750
Corsair VS Series VS550 - 550 Watt SMPS : 3759
Total cost: INR 38342, USD 569.7

Or should I go with a cheaper GTX 950 with Intel Pentium G4400, as far as cost effectiveness is concerned?
I am a bit stuck at the motherboard.

I mostly play Racing and arcade games like: MFS MW 2012, Rivals, NFS 2015, etc.
I would be mostly using this for about 3 years.

G4400 is better than nothing. Barely.

It is not by any means a mid range gaming cpu.

i3-6100 + GTX9604GB is a base set for a entry-level to midrange gaming build.
i3-6100 + GTX9502GB is also a good option if you cant afford the GTX960.
G4400 is not a cpu for gaming.
i3-6100 is not extremely gaming build. Neither GTX950/GTX960 .
