Hey,

If you have the slightest urge to overclock then get the 3570k. The board is OK, but would suggest to look at a Z77 chipset board not a z68.

This is what I would recommend:
cpu - 3570k
motherboard - Asus P8Z77-V (or Asus P8Z77-V LX if the Asus P8Z77-V is too expensive)
psu - Seasonic is probablyt the best, 520w should be fine if you don't plan to add a 2nd 670GTX

Everything else is good.

grabbing a Z68 puts you in the risk of requiring a sandy bridge CPU to update the BIOS to even use that 3570K. it's a better idea to just go straight to a Z77 board.

the 3470+B75 is fine. it's all really just a question of whether you wanna overclock that CPU or not.
