Which canon camera takes the best night pictures?

Just getting into night photography, was wanting to know which canon camera takes the best night photos? What would anyone recommend?

Need a budget to answer that. The full frame DSLR 5D Mark II have larger photo sensors than many other cameras and should have some of the lowest noise.
