I don't plan on upgrading the ram or anything like that in a few years from now...

Dell XPS
dual core
2 gb graphics
9 cell battery
NO backlit
640 gb HDD
6 gb ram
all for 930 dollars (with tax shipping discount)

VS

Sager NP5160
quad core
1 gb graphics
6 cell battery (hours are comparable to dell)
NO Backlit
320 gb hdd (can upgrade to 500 gb +20 dollars)
4 gb ram
all for 880 dollars ish...

Remember.. once these specs are set, they're set...

Go with the Sager. The Quad Core will be relevent for a longer period of time. The difference in VRAM is negligible since the card will not be able to take advantage of the extra 1gb. Also, the difference between 4gb and 6 gb of RAM will not be very noticeable.

Wl.. I'm not sure if you saw my recent post but
I got a discount on the dell... (70 dollars)

AND
I don't plan on upgrading the ram or anything once i receive the laptop..
everything you see is what i'll get...

I saw it, but I still feel that the Quad is more valuable at this point.
